Overview
Itinerary Builder is primarily a digital planning tool. When we link to third-party booking sites, you complete purchases directly with those providers.
Affiliate Revenue and Third-Party Bookings
- The Service may display affiliate links and partner offers.
- If you book through a third party, the third party is the merchant of record and is responsible for billing, confirmations, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- We do not guarantee third-party availability, pricing, or policies.
Subscriptions and Paid Plans (If Offered)
If you purchase a subscription:
- Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel in-app (Account/Settings) or through the platform where you purchased (e.g., App Store / Play Store).
Cancellation effect
- Canceling stops future renewals.
- You typically keep access until the end of your current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Refunds
1) Third-party bookings
Refunds and disputes for third-party bookings must be handled with the third party under their policies.
2) Subscription refunds
Unless required by law or stated at purchase:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
- We may provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases; this does not create an obligation for future refunds.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. If you are on a subscription, we will provide notice before renewal where required, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
Chargebacks and Fraud
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.
Itinerary Changes and Data Exports
- Itineraries can change due to real-world conditions or third-party updates.
- Exports (PDF/ICS/offline packets) are snapshots and can become outdated.
Shipping
Not applicable. Itinerary Builder is a digital-only service and does not sell or ship physical goods.
